The ‘3 Recontres Grande Région’ (3 meetings of the Greater Region) was one of the annual meetings organised for participants in the AROMA project and took place in October and November 2019. The Interreg AROMA project is an innovative cross-border food supply project in the Greater Region focussing on proximity distribution circuits. The project is intended for buyers of out-of-home catering. At the second session on 22nd October, Dr. Reckinger presented the concept of a Food Policy Council for Luxembourg.
