The Sustainable Food Practices team has researched the food labels certifying various types of quality in circulation within the Greater Region, and has listed them in a summarising document according to the following guarantees: origin, organic agriculture, other qualities. Included in the study are various types of labels, official quality marks, private certifications or regional brands.
